...Yeah, yeah. Thanks so much to the NGs. I gained 2 pounds only. That is a tremendous feat despite having huge breakfasts of more than 10 times I normally have and those amount of foods and beers and wines we had for lunches and dinners which also are more than 3 times I usually have. The energy and excitement we have had and spent were really something.

Hi Kitty,

My wife Amy and I and my friends Adrian and Margaret Joseph want to express our most sincere appreciation to all the help that you, Kevin and especially Annie for making our cruise to Asia come true.

Although Kevin is fairly new, he tried his very best to obtain all the information we need and helped us to get through all the necessary procedures. You of course gave him a helping hand all the time and kept an eye on the process to ensure that everything happens smoothly.

Our greatest Thanks goes to Annie, whose knowledge and experience on the China Visa process is amazing. Hi Kathy,

......I want to say thank you for the service that Kate Chan provided our group of 23 to the Shanghai Expo 2010 July 12- July 31 . There were several different itininaries involve and overall it went quite smoothly and no hitches. AIrline flights , hotel bookings, tours , transfers and cruise details all came together......

My family and I came back from Shanghai a couple weeks ago and had a fabulous time. It was exhausting for those 3 days at Expo but well worth it - wish we had more time. We were fortunate that our group got to go to the China Pavillion on the 2nd day!

In April of this Year Kate of your office booked a travel Package to Hong Kong & China from 11 April-11 May 2009 for us. We would like you to know that the services we received from Kate truly were as "smooth as silk". As we had not been in China before we did not know what to expect and were naturally somewhat apprehencive. Hi Kenny,

We just wanted to wish you a happy new year, and thank you again for such excellent service - from making our air and tour arrangements...to calling both my sister and I afterwards - to follow up on how our trip went. That's great service...and rare to see!

As I didn't get a chance to elaborate on the telephone, I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou and HK :) Overall, the group tour was very well organized. We enjoyed ALL the sights and activities - although my sister fell asleep during the Beijing opera :o) The tour guides, especially in Beijing ("Jimmy") and Shanghai ("Jacky"), were charismatic, knowledgeable, and very service-oriented. .

Hello Jessica,

l just wanted to write and thank you for all the work you did in helping us plan for our trip to China. You and your travel agency did an amazing job, and l would like to extend my appreciation for the effort.

Moon and l had a wonderful time, it was the greatest trip we have taken. There was no problems that occurred during the trip. The hotels and the guides were amazing. The hotel were great and their location was so close to the action and enabled us to go on foot and scout around ourselves.
